MoonDog Salmon

The MoonDog Salmon is a thing you should see.
The thing being too much effort for so little gain. But I’ll still do it again, cause I’m focused.
I’ve taken over 200 photos of these salmon and finally got 2 of them worth a stitch. These salmon are quite aware and I think they know they taste delicious !

These works of the Creator were once swimming in our nearby River Boyne,Alliston, Ontario Canada. It was so named after the one on the Emerald Isle. The Salmon you see here are of Coho/Chinook mix and were planted here in the Great Lakes from the West Coast. Coho will die after first spawn, where as the Chinook ,who are much larger can spawn more than once. Rainbow trout can spawn their entire lives.
I stood in this river in pitch dark through love of nature and what it serves up while others sleep. I joined these fish in the river and took these photos as a tribute to their lives. The moon also played a role here as I am a Pisces and go koo-koo at this time. My shoes are ruined, but it was all very much worth it. Thanks for your appreciation, …Miigwech
